Welcome to MUATIM Billing client onboarding.

Create a new billing workspace from one guided screen on install.muatim.co.ke. The portal prepares the tenant folder, imports the demo database, creates the Nginx server block, and optionally provisions the OpenVPN client.

For MUATIM internal provisioning This page is for your team to onboard a new billing client quickly and consistently. New clients do not need a token or direct access to this form.

Step 1

Tenant identity

Enter the client details that will be used for the tenant folder, subdomain, and billing database.

Automation
  • No token is required in the form.
  • Use Nginx basic auth or IP allowlisting to protect this portal.
  • Provisioning stays fully automated after submit.
Step 2

Infrastructure options

Choose what gets provisioned now and what can wait for the second pass.

What gets created
  • Tenant copy under /var/www/tenants/<slug>
  • Database from /var/www/demo.sql
  • Nginx server block for the tenant subdomain
  • OpenVPN client package when enabled

Review and submit

Check the live preview on the right, then prepare the provisioning request.
